Jayson and I first met when we were little kids. We grew up knowing each other, sharing those simple childhood memories that feel small at the time but mean so much later. As we got older, life took us in different directions, and during our teenage years we lost touch.

Years later, at my college graduation party, our paths crossed again when his family came to celebrate. After the party, his dad went home and told Jayson he should reach out to me, and thankfully, he listened.

What started as a simple message turned into a long conversations, then dates, and before we knew it, we had fallen completely in love.
