It all started during the COVID pandemic. An extremely exhausted, terrified and defeated ICU Nurse decided to give Facebook dating a try. She swiped right on a handsome and charming looking man. Less than 24 hours later, we matched and started our love journey! We messaged all day, every day for a few weeks. We had plans to finally meet each other in person. The universe decided to test us… Sam got Covid… At this time we had to quarantine for 14 days. Those 14 days Tom constantly messaged Sam to comfort and entertain her 24/7. This was impressive to Sam as she was able to keep this man’s attention before even meeting her! We FINALLY were clear to meet! Our first date was at the Rusty Bucket. We had the best conversations and felt like we have known each other our entire lives. We both could have stayed there all day and night. Our love continued to grow the next 4 years when Tom FINALLY decided to pop the question.

Our Proposal
Tom planned the perfect evening. Dinner at the Rusty Bucket then, to her favorite place in the world. Madtree. Dinner was absolutely perfect. As we sat in the same restaurant we had met 4 years prior, we reminisced on our journey so far. When we arrived at Madtree, we went straight to the bar with excitement to see what was on tap! To Sam’s surprise, we walked outside to see all our family/friends waiting for us. That is when Tom got down on one knee ❤️ The rest is history. Definitely a night to remember for the rest of our lives!
