Dorm Bed Rental 

For guests traveling from out of town or those who want to make a weekend of the celebration, dorm rooms on campus are available to rent. Details: Cost: $70 per person per night (single beds only)Check-In: 2:30 PM FridayCheck-Out: 9:30 AM Sunday If you’d like to book a bed, payment can be made via e-transfer. Please text 250-888-9961 to organize your stay and secure your spot! Dorm rental deadline May 1st, 2025 Each dorm room hold 4 beds. Sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels are supplied.

Friday:Kick off the weekend and explore Metchosin Off-Campus Activities: Go hiking, canoeing, swimming, or relaxing by one of the nearby lakes or beaches. You can also visit the local brewery and restaurant for some great food and drinks. On-Campus: Unwind with lawn games, hike, explore the grounds, or socialize with fellow guests. Please note that no meals or beverages will be provided on Friday, but each dorm hall is equipped with a full kitchen for your convenience. A grocery store and liquor store are just a few kilometers away. Saturday:Get ready for the big day - take the morning to relax and prepare for the celebration. The ceremony begins at 3:00 PM, followed by an evening of food, drinks, celebration, games, and dancing. A cash/ticket bar will supply drinks during the cocktail hour and reception. While outside alcohol is allowed in your dorm hall, it is not permitted elsewhere on campus.
