If you are staying at Firefall Ranch, check in is at 3:30. There will be a small window between the ceremony and cocktail hour to accomodate people who need to check in to their rooms.

PLEASE CALL TO BOOK YOUR ROOMS IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO USE THE CODE AS WE ARE PAST THE ROOM BLOCK DATE AND IT WILL NO LONGER SHOW THE CORRECT PRICING ON THE WEBSITE Our room block can be reserved on Friday and Saturday night online using Group Code FREITAS until 9/6/25. If you wish to stay more nights or you missed the room block cut-off you can call to reserve your rooms and give them the group code over the phone. Firefall Ranch has a variety of room options. The one bedroom cottage has a king bed and a pullout couch. The Two bedroom cottages has one room with the king bed and pullout couch and the second bedroom can be either a queen bed or two twin beds. The three bedroom cottage has a living space with a pullout couch and small breakfast nook, one room with a queen bed, one room with a king bed and a loft with two twin beds.

Rush Creek Lodge is a sister resort to Firefall Ranch, it's located about 20 minutes east and has hotel room options as well as multi-room villa options. If you reserve a room here please let us know! our coordinator may be able to get us a group rate depending on the amount of guests staying here.

There are a lot of AirBNB and VRBO vacation homes located in the Pine Mountain Lake estates that would be a short 10-15 minute drive to the venue.
