The Ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm and guests will be allowed to head up to the room at 4:30pm. Please try and be seated by 4:45pm to avoid walking down the aisle with the bride ;).
What is the dress code?
Let’s get fancy! Our attire is a cross between formal and black tie optional. You certainly don’t have to wear a tuxedo or a ball gown, but a formal suit and tie or cocktail dress would be lovely.
Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
The entire wedding day will be indoors at the Lenox Hotel!
Will be there be a coat check?
Yes! There will be a private coat room with an attendant.
Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
For guests staying at the hotel, valet parking is available for $75/night. For guests coming in just for the wedding, valet is available for $45. Alternatively, there are several lower cost garages within walking distance. Please see the travel tab for list of suggested garages.
Can I bring my kids?
With the exception of our three nephews and niece, this will be a child free wedding.
Will there be an open bar?
Does a bear shit in the woods? Yes.
Is there a hotel room block for guests?
Yes! Please see the travel section of the website for a link to book a room. There are also several other hotels within walking distance, which are listed as well.
What’s the best way to RSVP?
You know Sam is an organized bride who loves a good spreadsheet. Therefore, a link will be available for you to RSVP online after invitations are sent so she can monitor and analyze her guest count daily.
I’m visiting from out of town. What can I do while I’m in Boston?
Check out our Things to Do section of the website for fun suggestions!
Do you have a registry?
Yes! Please see the Registry tab on our website for details.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
While we would love for everyone to bring a date, due to our venue’s capacity, unless a plus one was indicated on your invitation, unfortunately you did not get a plus one.
Will Charlie be there?
While he will not be present during the ceremony, keep your eyes peeled for his cameo appearance post ceremony for photos.
