Ceremony and Reception
What is the preferred attire?
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Please come in your best formal attire--no jeans or denim, and kindly avoid wearing shades of white. While most of the event will be indoors, we recommend dressing accordingly for the weather.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and reception will be held indoors.
Where should I park? Is it free?
The Aviator offers a 650-car parking lot that is free!
Are kids welcome?
While we love all of your little ones, formal invitations will be specific and include the names of the children who are invited.
Can I bring a plus one?
While we wish it was possible to celebrate with everyone, we would like to keep this day as intimate as we can. If you receive a plus one, they will be formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!
Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options?
While this is not on the menu, we can always make accommodations when needed. please don't hesitate to reach out to the bride or groom if you have any dietary needs. We will do our best to ensure you've been taken care of!
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you... we hope you are ready to party!
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We are having an unplugged ceremony. Once the ceremony begins, everyone will be asked to put their phones away. We want EVERYONE to be present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best moments! After the ceremony, feel free to snap as many pictures as you like--we would love for you to share them with us!

When is the RSVP deadline?
Once Invitations go out, we kindly request that you RSVP by March 1. After this date, our final guest list will be submitted, and we will no longer be able to accommodate any changes. If we do not hear from you, we will assume you will not be in attendance.
What If I Can No Longer Attend?
We understand that life happens, and your presence will truly be missed! We ask that you contact the bride or groom as soon as possible to notify us of changes.
