Our ceremony begins at 4pm, with cocktail hour to follow. Ceremony and Reception are both located at The Elmwood Country Club

The ceremony will be outside (weather dependent) with the reception inside/on the patio. There will be a backup ceremony space inside if needed.

Black tie-optional. For ladies, think floor length dresses and for gentleman, think suits (and tie if you are dressing to impress). No jeans and no white, please.

We ask that you arrive by 3:45pm at the latest. There will be drinks available prior to the ceremony. :)

There is a small parking lot at the Country Club. If you are staying at one of the hotels, there will be a shuttle to and from the hotel and venue.

Yes! If you are staying at either the Holiday Inn or Hampton Inn, there will be a shuttle provided. There will be two opportunities to board the shuttle prior to the Ceremony, 3:10 pm and 3:30pm. Please plan accordingly and know that the shuttle can only sit 40 people per trip. They shuttle will be taking people back periodically through night back to the two hotels. There are also limited ubers available. Get home safe please!!!

The nearest airport is The Des Moines International Airport (about 1 hour and 15 minute drive to the Venue)

As much as we love your kids, we are keeping this an adult-only event.

If your invitation includes a plus one, yes. Otherwise, we are keeping our guest list intimate.
