No. This is just a courtesy event hosted by the bride and groom to greet out-of-town guests, but all wedding guests are welcome/encouraged to attend!

This event is casual. Please feel free to wear whatever you think you'll be comfortable bowling in, but make sure you have socks! Bowling shoes will be provided.

Men: Boots and Suits! Please wear a suit and tie, but feel free to put on those cowboy boots, hats, and bolo ties. The groom will be in cowboy boots! We're here to have some fun!! Ladies: Semi- Formal Maxi or Midi dresses are suggested. Keep in mind the temperature for this time of year, so we suggest a shawl or some type of light coat. Lastly, we recommend you wear a pair of cowgirl boots if you own them. If not, please consider flats or something with a chunkier heal because the venue is mostly cobblestone and gravel. The bride will have cowgirl boots on, yee haw!

As much as we love your children, we're asking that you leave the kids that are 17 years old or younger home for the night. We want Mom and Dad to be able to enjoy the evening and break it down on the dance floor! Please consider reaching out to us directly if this is not possible.

There should be plenty of parking available across from the mansion house. You will also be able to park up by the barn. If you're staying at the Marriott hotel, transportation is available to and from the wedding venue.

No, but again we highly encourage you stay at the Marriott if possible.

Yes. We are fortunate enough that our venue is very flexible. In case of bad weather, the ceremony will be moved to inside the barn, cocktail hour will be upstairs in the gallery, and the reception will continue to take place outside of the barn under the tent.

We leave that Monday to Bermuda for some fun in the sun!!
