The ceremony starts promptly at 5pm on Saturday, August 31st. Please plan to arrive at 4:30pm.

Yes, there is a shuttle that will leave from the Residence Inn Ballston (650 N Quincy St, Arlington, VA 22203) and head out to our venue (Murray Hill) for the wedding (~45 min drive). The same shuttle will bring you back to the Residence Inn Ballston at the end of the night. If you have not indicated you would like to be on the shuttle let us know ASAP!! Please arrive at the Residence Inn Ballston hotel at 3:15PM to take the shuttle. Shuttle will start loading up at 3:20PM.

Yes. There will be an attendant directing you where to park when you arrive. If you end up consuming too much of the fun stuff by the end of the night you are allowed to leave your car at the venue and pick it up Sunday morning.

While we cherish all of your little ones, we are not allowing children. We are hoping this can be an opportunity for a much deserved night off for the parents!

In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited and named on your invitation.

Residence Inn in Ballston (Arlington, VA). For anyone's planning purposes, we live/our welcome party is in Arlington, VA (near Ballston) and the ceremony/reception venue is in Leesburg, VA.

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, while the reception will be outdoors but covered.

We would love to see our friends and family dress up with us! We are requesting formal/cocktail/colorful garden attire. So dress pants, button down, optional tie; mid to long dresses. Please no jeans, t-shirts or flip-flops. Suits/blazers are not required but welcomed. Also the bride asks that you refrain from wearing whites, ivory, cream (please!).

You will have to walk to various areas at our venue, so make sure your shoes are fun, fancy, and comfortable. Please note that the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place on grass, so please choose your footwear accordingly! There is also a gravel road and dirt path that guests will be walking on. For guests who would prefer to keep the walking to a minimum, there will be a golf cart on-site.

Casual dressy attire - it’s just in our home so nothing fancy. People are welcome to mingle inside, on our deck and in our grassy backyard. Light food & drinks!
