Wedding & Transportation Details

Where is this happening?

We’ll be celebrating at Inca Social – 1776 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, VA 22209.

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive between 6:30 and 6:45 P.M. The ceremony will begin promptly at 7:00 P.M.

Is the ceremony seated?

Our quick ceremony will be standing, but we are happy to provide seating accommodations, if needed. Please share any accommodations needed when you RSVP.

What's the dress code?

Dress attire paired with shoes you're ready to dance in (sneakers are encouraged- we want everyone on the dance floor with us!). If you need inspiration- dress to impress! Knee-length or midi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and suits or sport coats are perfect. Ties optional.

Will there be transportation to/from the venue?

We won’t have dedicated wedding transportation, but the venue is super easy to get to. The hotel is only a 7-minute walk, and rideshares are always available in the area. If you’re staying at the Homewood Suites by Hilton, they offer a free shuttle for guests, and Inca Social is already on their regular route. The shuttle runs daily from 7:00 AM–10:00 PM.

Is there parking at the venue?

There is a parking garage right next to the venue - Colonial Parking Garage - located at 1776 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, VA 22209. There is an $11 fee for full day parking.

RSVP

Can I bring a date?

If a guest is included, their name will be on your invitation envelope. Not sure? Just ask us!

How do I RSVP, and when do I need to RSVP by?

Click on the "RSVP" tab of this website, or scan the QR code on the RSVP card included in your invitation. Please RSVP by January 30, 2026.

Travel

Should I book my travel yet?

Yes! If you’re traveling from out of town, now is a great time to secure flights and hotel rooms. We have a room block at Homewood Suites nearby. You can find more details in the "Hotel Room Block" tab of this website.

Where is the closest airport?

Washington, DC has two major airports near the venue: DCA (closest) and IAD.

Can I take the train to DC?

Yes! Union Station is about 20 minutes away by car or a quick Metro ride.

Where should I park?

There is street parking near the venue and a public parking lot directly across the street. Guests staying at our room-block hotel also have discounted parking just a short walk away.

Pittsburgh Cookie Table

What is a Pittsburgh cookie table?

A cookie table is a Pittsburgh wedding tradition that we're excited to bring to Virginia! Friends and family bake (or buy - we don't judge!) cookies to create a huge dessert display. It’s meant to be shared, snacked on, and taken home — a sweet way to celebrate with everyone.

Do I have to bring cookies?

Only if you want to! Bringing cookies is completely optional, but we welcome our friends and family to join in on the tradition if you'd like to! We will already have plenty on the table, so there is no pressure at all.

If I do want to bring cookies, what kind?

Anything you love. Family recipes, holiday favorites, or something from the grocery store. It’s all welcome!

How many should I bring?

Whatever you are comfortable with! Whether it's a dozen or 10 dozen, we welcome any contributions.

Do I need to label them?

If you feel like it! Labels are helpful if there are nuts, gluten-free options, etc., but not required.

Where do I drop them off?

Just bring them to the venue anytime after 5:00 PM. We’ll have a spot ready for cookie drop-off before the ceremony.

Will allergens be labeled?

Not consistently. Since cookies are coming from different people, we can’t guarantee full ingredient lists. If you have allergies to typical cookie ingredients, we recommend enjoying the other food and treats we’ll have available.

Will there be an after party?

Of course! Once the reception ends at 11:00 PM, we’d love for everyone to join us at Quinns on the Corner Sports Bar (1776 Wilson Blvd), which is right next door to Inca Social. It will be a cash bar, so please plan accordingly.
