How did Sammie and Vicky bump into each other? We met via an app called HER, which is for women who are LGBTQ+ and interested in polygamous relationships. We chatted online for up to two weeks before meeting in person. Vicky asked Sammie twice to go out on dates, but Sammie decided to cancel the first two dates. How did they finally go out on a date? Vicky asked Sammie bluntly if she was even ready to be in a relationship; Vicky did not want to waste her time and was very eager to meet Sammie. Sammie took a risk and went out on a date with Vicky after three attempts! Voila! They connected, hit it off at first look, and immediately knew they were right for each other. We now cannot wait for you to celebrate with us on our big day!

I spent summer 2015 in Seattle, attending a DeafBlind program to learn braille and essential life skills. My teacher arranged a meetup with Sammie, who was around my age and had similar experiences. Although we didn't immediately connect, we've become inseparable best friends!

We met at Lion Camp, then reconnected again at the Wisconsin School for the deaf. We've been best friends for like 25 years. We always get in trouble with our friends and have a good time. Haha! Love you 😘

Kelsey Ross 

Samantha, my lifelong friend. I first recognized her when I was in the 2nd grade, and she was in the 6th grade. I noticed her uniqueness, which makes her stand out from the crowd. Something dawned on me that we would become friends. We attended the same schools, but not at the same time; yet, we always made time for sleepovers and took a few trips together. We ventured on our journey, and we still stick by each other’s backs whenever we need each other. I’m fortunate to call you my lifelong friend! 🤟🏻

Como Park Zoo & Conservatory

This is for the reception party. We will have a cocktail hour from 5 pm to 6 pm. The dinner will start at 6 pm. The party will last the night!
