We first met back in 2012, after I graduated I visiting friends at CMU. My friends where friends with Dustin and we all hung out for the night. Dustin was a true gentleman and gave me a piggyback ride back to our friends apartment where he then made me a romantic late night snack of macaroni and cheese. He knew the way to my heart!! Sadly, after that night we didn't see each other for another year!

Dustin had now graduated college and was living down state by me! We reconnected when him and his roommates threw a Christmas party and I attended. The next day a group of us all hung out, Dustin drove us to Qdoba where I told my girlfriend "I am going to date that guy someday!"

Fast forward a few months later, we started hanging out more and more and even played co-ed volleyball together. We made it official in 2014 and dated for 9 years until Dustin popped the question!

During those 9 years we have done ALOT together!! We share the love of traveling and anything outdoors! Lots of camping trips, ski trips, hikes and bike rides! Many fun trips up north and out of the state! We are always on the go!

On our first out west hiking trip together Dustin asked me to marry him. After spending 9 days in Vegas, Arizona and Utah it was out last day and hike of the trip. We hiked up Angels Landing in Zion National Park. This is where we surprised me and asked a stranger to "take a picture". He got down on one knee and popped the question!!
