Where is the ceremony?
The ceremony will take place at the Stratford Country Club. At this time, the plan is for the ceremony to take place indoors; however, depending on the weather it may be moved outdoors. Please dress accordingly.
What time does the ceremony start?
The ceremony starts at 4:00pm. Please arrive between 3:30-4:00pm. If you are late you will not be allowed to witness the ceremony.
Where is the reception?
The reception will take place at the Stratford Country Club.
What date do I need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP by September 1, 2024 as we are required by the venue to provide a list of guests by this time. Please RSVP on our wedding website.
What type of food will be served.
There will be a cocktail hour inclusive of hors d'oeuvres. The main meal will be a buffet. There will also be a late night snack.
Does your venue accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. Please indicate any dietary restrictions on your RSVP.
Will there be a bar?
Yes there will be an open bar as well as wine served with dinner.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes, there is parking available at the venue. Stratford Country Club allows guests to park their car overnight if needed. There is also parking at the Best Western if you are staying at the hotel. The Best Western is approximately a 10 minute walk from the venue.
Are children invited?
Although we love your little ones, this is an adult only affair.
Is there any accommodations near by?
Please refer to the accommodations tab for more information.
Am I allowed to take photos of your wedding?
We would love to see all the amazing photos you take during our special day but please note that we will be having an unplugged ceremony. Photos may be taken prior to the ceremony and during cocktail hour/the reception.
How can I share pictures that I take on the day?

There will also be QR codes displayed at the wedding that you can scan and upload your photos.
Please note we are having an unplugged ceremony and ask that no photos be taken at this time.

Will there be a shuttle available?
Yes! There will be a shuttle available at the end of the evening to take guests from the venue to the Arden Park (Best Western) Hotel. Cars may be left at the venue parking lot overnight if needed!
