Our Wedding

Our story began December 2016 at the University of Nebraska - Lincoln when a mutual friend set us up as dates for the winter formal. Neither of us knew what to expect, but after just a few minutes of talking (and maybe some awkward laughter), we instantly clicked. From late-night study sessions to weekend adventures, our friendship quickly grew into something more. We began dating shortly after winter break and spent our college years being each other's biggest cheerleaders in baseball, sorority events, and school!

A fall favorite in Omaha, Vala's is more than just pumpkins. It has corn mazes, hayrack rides, apple cider donuts (must try!) bonfires, and plenty of other options for all ages.

The downtown park features scenic walking paths, a playground, a performance pavilion, and plenty of green spaces for relaxing. It's a great place to enjoy the outdoors right in the heart of Omaha.
