Will transportation be provided?
Yes! Shuttle buses will be provided from The Westin to Bellevue Hall prior to the ceremony and at the end of the reception. Shuttles will be provided on a rotating basis.
Shuttles to Bellevue Hall: 4:00pm, 4:15pm, & 4:30pm
Shuttles to The Westin: Shuttles will run continuously starting at 9:45 pm
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
If you are not taking the shuttle from The Westin, please arrive to Bellevue Hall no later than 4:45 in order for the ceremony to begin promptly at 5pm.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is cocktail attire!
Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will take place outside, weather permitting, while the reception will take place inside a tent. Cocktail hour will take place inside Bellevue Hall with outdoor seating available.
Is smoking allowed at the wedding?
Yes, but only in designated areas specified by venue staff.
Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Yes!
Can I bring my kids?
Due to guest number restrictions, we are only able to extend the invite to the children of our wedding party.
