Hotel Information

When you check in make sure you are given- 1 welcome bag per room- 1 breakfast voucher for 10/18 per guest

Shuttle Schedule 

Shuttle from Hotel to The Piermont- Please gather in hotel lobby by 4:45 PM- Shuttles will depart at 4:50 PM! Shuttle from The Piermont to the Hotel- Shuttles will depart from the Piermont at 11 PM following the reception and will bring guests back to the hotel*for hotel guests not attending the after party* Shuttle from Sea Breeze (after party) to the Hotel- Shuttles will depart from Sea Breeze at 12:30 am to bring guests back to the hotel- If you choose to stay later, please utilize ride share options (Uber, Lyft, etc.) **At all times - there will be 2 designated shuttles for our wedding (29 person party bus and 39 person coach bus)**There are multiple weddings staying at our hotel - please make sure you are boarding the correct shuttles!!

After Party

- ALL are welcome to continue dancing and drinking at the after party!- After party will take place at Sea Breeze (located across the street from The Piermont)- We will be walking to the Sea Breeze immediately following the conclusion of the reception

Morning After Breakfast (10/18)

- All hotel guests will receive complimentary breakfast vouchers for Saturday 10/18 upon check in- Breakfast is optional, but will be taking place in the Lobby Atrium from 6-10:30 AM- Includes a large buffet and omelette bar - we'd love to see you and recap about the night before!

Day of Details

Transportation from the Hilton to The Piermont

There will be two large shuttles to bring hotel guests from the Hilton to The Piermont. Shuttles will leave promptly at 4:45 pm. Shuttles will pick guests up outside the lobby. The Hilton Long Island/Huntington is located at 598 Broadhollow Road in Melville, NY.

Transportation from The Piermont to the Hilton

Shuttle will arrive at The Piermont at the end of the reception at 11pm. This shuttle will bring any hotel guests who do not wish to attend the after party back to the Hilton.

Transportation from After Party to the Hilton

The after party will take place at Sea Breeze, which is located across the street from The Piermont. A shuttle will return to Sea Breeze at 12:30am to bring any hotel guests back to the Hilton. Any guests who wish to stay longer (Sea Breeze is open until 4am) can use ride share options (Lyft, Uber, etc.).
