Formal Attire: formal dresses at any length, dressy jumpsuits, suits with jackets and ties.

We have decided to have an adults-only wedding. Please let us know if you would like to set up childcare in Charlotte during your stay.

Plus-ones are available for guests in long-term partnerships and for those traveling solo from out of town. Please let us know if you would like to add a plus-one not included in your invitation.

We have reserved a block of rooms for guests to book at the Hilton Charlotte University Place that are available to book until July 8, 2025. Information on how to book is included under this website's "Travel" section.

The ceremony will be entirely indoors. The reception will be predominantly indoors, with an outdoor garden party and an indoor-outdoor set-up after dinner.

Both the ceremony and reception venues have free parking lots.

An open bar with beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options will be available for guests at the reception. The venue will also provide champagne for toasts. Our venue prohibits any outside alcohol.
