Yes! We fully understand the time and financial commitment it takes to travel to weddings. While we will be exchanging our vows in Montana, we would never want to put any pressure on our friends or family to travel. Therefore, we will also be hosting a casual reception in Nebraska on October 19, 2024 in hopes of getting to celebrate with all of our cherished loved ones who are unable to make the trip. The Nebraska reception is a ‘drop-in’ style event. There will be no formal program, just food and drinks and fun!

Your presence is present enough for us, but should you wish to purchase a gift we ask that you send it to our house in Nebraska since we will be traveling. Our address is set up through the registry.

Yes! We have a block of rooms at the AC Marriott and the Element Hotel, both of which are very close to the venue. But there are MANY amazing hotel and AirBNB options around Bozeman that are all reasonable distance and of varying prices.

While we don’t have a specific dress code and want everyone to be comfortable, we do love a good excuse to dress up and would love to see our friends and family do the same!

A fantastic question. It could be sunny and 70 degrees or there could be 6” of snow on the ground… gotta love Montana in the Fall! Either way, it gets pretty cold at night so we would recommend at least bringing a jacket. However, both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors.

Yes! We are so excited to enjoy this evening with our favorite people! If you are planning on drinking, please plan on bringing your ID and make sure you have a safe way to get home.

For the ceremony and reception in Montana we aren't going to say no kids are allowed, BUT we would prefer to spend some quality time with our adult friends and family for the evening. We do have some babysitting options available, if that is something that interests you please reach out! For the Nebraska Reception children are more than welcome!
