It's been 6 years since these two love birds started their journey together. David and Sam had been acquaintances of the same friend group for many years but David was off the market when they first met on the beach in 2011.

Fast forward to Fall 2015, a night out at a concert with friends. Sam and David, both single souls who loved to dance, spent the entire night dancing in each others arms. Sam knew David was interested after that night and took it upon herself to see him again by planning a game night with David and, his now best man, Ralph. The flirty banter between them made it undeniable that they both could see a future with each other.

Soon after that night Sam was planning a trip to the Spirit of Suwannee Music Park with friends; David surprised her by showing up to the festival unplanned. Some say that love can't happen that fast...Sam and David would soon both admit that they both fell in love that weekend under the lights and spirit of the music.

Over the next few years Sam and David started to build their lives and careers together. Going on vacations with each others families, spending holidays together, and growing in faith as a couple. They soon got a dog, Elvis, and introduced him to Deuce, David's dog. Their lives changed as they moved in together and they started to form a little family of their own.

Last fall Sam and David purchased their first home together and David knew it was time to take that next step in their relationship.

On a mystical Halloween evening in 2020, exactly 5 years from the weekend they first fell in love , David proposed. They were surrounded by friends and family as they celebrated under the lights once more.
