Do I need to RSVP? If so, how do I?
Yes, please submit your acceptance or decline officially on the RSVP tab. In the RSVP tab you will be asked to put your name, it will then give you the option of accepting or declining for you (and your entire party if applicable). Remember to select your entree choice & note any dietary restrictions. Due to finalization deadlines from our various vendors, if we do not receive your RSVP by 10/1/2025, we will assume you are not coming and we will not have food or seating for you the day of!
What is the attire for your wedding?
Formal attire required. We recommend suits and cocktail/formal dresses. No jeans, sundresses, or business casual clothing.
If you would like to dress to the color story of the day, choose a merlot, gray, gold, green, or black. Please avoid colors reserved for the bride- cream, white or ivory.
Can I bring a guest?
All invitations will have the number of seats that are reserved for your 'party'. If you have any questions, please email us at srsandmrw@gmail.com to discuss.
Can I bring my children?
We love your children, but we are having an adult-only wedding. Your invite will have a seat listed if your child is at the age where they are welcome to attend. We hope you understand!
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30, please arrive 20-30 minutes before hand to allow for time to park and walk to the space.
What museum entrance should I use?
Our wedding will be after museum hours, please use The River Discovery Center(Wagon Wheel) as your entrance point.
Can I take photos at the wedding?
We are so excited to share our day with you. You are more than welcome to take photos during the cocktail hour and reception portion of the evening. However, our ceremony will be unplugged so our photographer, Priscilla, can capture each and every special moment. There will be QR codes to scan that will allow you to share your photos with the bride & groom!
What is on the menu?
When you go to RSVP you can select from various entree options. Please make sure you note any dietary restrictions in your selections.
Will there be alcohol at the wedding?
Yes, there will be an open bar. The bar will feature various beer, wine and liquor options as well as tea, coffee, water and soda options.
Please plan your travel/transportation accommodations accordingly, we want everyone to have a fun and safe night. Dubuque has Lyft, Uber and Taxi options available.
