Our story starts back in the spring of 2018 when both us decided to embark on a Bumble date in West Palm Beach, FL. It was Troy's last night in town before he packed up and headed back to Michigan to wrap up his last semester of college. We hit it off instantly at dinner and kept in touch constantly.

Fast forward to July, and I decided to fly across the country to meet Troy for only the second time in person. We camped out at Faster Horses for our second date, and the rest is really history. Troy asked me to be his girlfriend in November and moved back to South Florida that January.

We've made our way from Jupiter, to Jacksonville, to Atlanta, and are more than happy to be putting down roots here in Georgia. Troy proposed in front of the whole fourth grade at the elementary school I taught at, and it was absolutely everything I've always dreamed of. Of course, the surprise of our baby girl is forever our biggest blessing- we welcomed Ava Rose on December 3, 2023. She brings us joy every day, and we can't wait to watch her be a part of our big day.
