Jake and Sam met in early June 2021 from a dating app that many may know as Bumble.

On June 23, 2021, the couple went on their first date to El Vez in Philly, where they bonded over a shared love for the shore, homeownership, fear of snakes/sharks/robbers, and similar family values. After a 6 hour long date that led to bar hopping and endless conversation, Sam and Jake were easily able to start the beginning of the next chapter of their lives.

Over the last three years, Jake and Sam have traveled to the Florida, Breckenridge, Whistler, Nashville, Shenandoah, Kennebunkport, Mexico, Jamaica, the entire coast of California and every summer weekend in either Ocean City or Avalon.

From sharing their homes in Philly and Cherry Hill, to moving in together, to getting engaged and planning a wedding, and newest arrival of their daughter, Callie, Sam and Jake love living this life together.
