The Hilton is providing us with a variety of rooms that fits all our guests needs!

As of now, on 8/23/2024 (Friday) we have a block of 5 rooms, however this is subject to change based on our family and friend's needs.

8/24/2024, we have an allotted 20 rooms but again, this will be subject to change based on needs.

Current room rates;

$149.00 for a King Room

$159.00 for 2 Double Beds

$169.00 for a King Junior Suite

Occupancy rate is based on double occupancy, the price increases incrementally by 10.00 per person, per room thereafter.

Reservations for the event will be made by credit card.

Current check in times: 3:00 PM.

Check out times: 12:00 PM

GUESTS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING AND PAYING FOR RESERVATION.

Please advise that reservations must be made by July 24, 2024. When calling, please advise you are making a reservation for the Tracey-Goodrich Wedding to lock in the discounted rate.

Only guests registered to the specific room will be permitted to stay overnight in the room.

Vistors to the guest room ARE permitted, not to exceed 5 person, until midnight at which time a curfew is acknowledged.

The staff of the Hilton have the right to warrant or stop anyone from bring alcoholic beverages onto the property.

Any report of complaint of noise or other disturbance will be investigated. If such said disruptions occur a second occasion, occupants of guest room will be asked to leave the property.
