It will be hosted at Silcox Hut halfway up Mt Hood! Guests will meet at Timberline Lodge and Timberline will bring guests up to the hut in the Snowcat

Yes! But rooms are first come first serve so be sure to book early if you want to stay at the lodge overnight. You can cancel up to a week before the event

For those staying at Timberline, there is dedicated parking. Drive towards the lodge, show your reservation to the employee in the guardhouse before continuing on. For those not staying at the lodge, there is a general parking lot for the ski resort. April is still considered ski season for Timberline and their parking lot can get filled up, so we recommend you drive up early
