This will be a semi-formal event. This may look like khakis, a polo, button ups or garden dresses. We urge guests to dress nicely but with comfort in mind.

The ceremony will begin at 4pm. Please start arriving to the venue around 3:30pm.

Our hotel block is open from Thursday Night to Sunday Morning. Guests are encouraged to arrive in the area Thursday night. If guests want to arrive before Thursday, please call the Springhill Suites at (717) 540-5100. All guests are invited to join us for an additional celebratory event at Spring Gate Vineyard and Winery on Saturday. If you would like to join in on Saturday's festivities, please make sure your reservation extends to Sunday morning.

There is ample parking at the venue. There will also be a shuttle for guests to and from the Springhill Suites in Harrisburg.

Our venues "lights out" is at 10pm, with everyone needing to be off the property by 11pm. For those 21+, feel free to join us at the Sky Lounge in the Springhill Suites for an after-party.

Guests who plan to join us in continuing the festivities on Saturday will be responsible for their own transportation to the Vineyard. We encourage guests to carpool to this event, however there will be ample parking.

You can register to RSVP on our website's homepage or using the provided insert card with the invitation. Please make sure to RSVP for the wedding and our optional gathering on Saturday.

If you are able to bring a plus one, they will be included on your RSVP as " your name's guest". If you have any questions regarding plus-ones, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Weather permitting, we will be hosting the ceremony and cocktail hour outside. This will be late September, so guests are encouraged to bring a light jacket to stay warm.

We encourage guests that are flying to fly into the Harrisburg International Airport, as this is the closest airport to the venue. However, as this is a small airport, not all airlines fly into it. If you are unable to fly into Harrisburg, the next closest would be the Philadelphia International Airport.
