The ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM, with guest seating starting at 5:00 PM. Please plan to arrive early, as late arrivals will not be seated once the ceremony begins.

We kindly ask guests to wear semi-formal attire. Cocktail dresses or dressy separates are suggested for women, and a suit and tie is encouraged for men. **Please note: The venue does not permit blue jeans or sneakers.

The ceremony will be held outdoors in the courtyard of Hotel Covington. The reception will be held indoors at The Madison Event Center.

Paid parking is available at the Covington City Center Parking Garage located at 24E W 7th St, Covington, KY 41011. An additional paid parking lot is available across the street from the parking garage. Both the garage and lot are located immediately adjacent to the ceremony and reception event space.

We kindly ask you to switch off all electronic devices during the ceremony. Don't worry, you can take as many pictures as you want after the ceremony and during the reception.

The reception will take place across the street from the ceremony at The Madison Event Center. Please see the receptionist in the lobby for directions to "The Emerald" event space.

We highly recommend Hotel Covington across the street from the reception space. Other hotels can be found in the surrounding cities of Covington, Newport, and Cincinnati.
