When is the RSVP deadline?
August 15th 2024. If you do not RSVP by this date we will put you down as not coming. We have to give all of our vendors our final head count, so if you do not RSVP by this date, we will not have a seat/food/etc for you.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony begins promtply at 4:30. Please allow yourself enough time to park or wait on a ride if doing a ride share.
What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and reception are both indoors at The Glass Factory.
Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?
Yes, there a wheel chair accessible ramp to enter the glass factory.
Where should guests park? Is parking free?
We will have a valet company there for you! There are two parking lots nearby that they will take your car to.
Can I bring a plus one/my children?
Unfortunately, we have a limited guest list to stay on budget. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation. Please note that any plus ones are listed as guests on your envelope. Any envelopes addressed family include children.
Will there be food and drinks during cocktail hour?
After the wedding ceremony, we will be serving light hors d’oeuvres accompanied with drinks!
Hors d'oeurves are tangy asain meatballs, mini crunchy tacos (pulled chicken, pico de gallo, avocado mousse), and roasted stuffed mushrooms (spinach, boursin, gluten free panko breadcrumbs.
Will dinner be served at the reception? What kind of food?
Yes! We will have the below served buffet style at the wedding:
Herb & Pepper Crusted Sirloin of Beef (horseradish cream and red wine reduction)
Chicken Marsala (lightly rice floured chicken with mushrooms, sage, and sweet marsala wine)
Whipped Potatoes (creme fraiche, butter)
Oven -Roasted Vegetable Medley (Olive Oil & Garlic)
House Garden Salad (Tossed Baby Lettuces with Tomato, Cucumber, Feta, and Choice of Balsamic Vinaigrette & Ranch)
Artisan Bread, whipped butter
We also will have kids meals available:
Chicken tenders, mac n cheese, fresh fruit and berries
Ketchup and honey mustard
Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options?
Yes, we will be able to accommodate for any allergies/dietary needs. Just be sure you note them when you RSVP!
Will there be an open bar?
Yes!
Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 3256 Fruitwood Lane Jacksonville, FL 32277. A wedding card box will be at our reception.

Will transportation be provided between the to and from the hotel, ceremony and reception?
We do not have shuttles, but there should be available Ubers/Lyfts that you can use. We encourage guests to do so if they plan on utilizing the open bar.
What is the wedding day itinerary?
TBD. We are still in the process of planning what the timeline will look like. Check back for updates!
Am I invited to the rehearsal dinner?
Due to the budget limitations and space capacity, we unfortunately have to limit the rehearsal dinner guest list. We apologize in advance to those who are not included.

What is the weather like in the area?
Florida can be a bit unpredictable in October. It will likely be warm during the day. In early October it is usually still in the 80s - 90s.
