Six months after Samantha relocated back to Wisconsin from Colorado, Samantha and Vincent were introduced by mutual friends/family, Alethia and Dylan Schroth, at their son's 1st birthday party in May of 2022.

Not shortly after, they started to see each other more often and it didn't take long for the couple to know they were each other's forever person. A few weeks later, Vinny decided to make the relationship official while boating out on the Chain O' Lakes Memorial Day weekend.

In November of 2022, Vinny took Samantha to Mr. Brew's Taphouse. Samantha had a feeling Vinny had something up his sleeve and sure enough, he popped the question while taking a walk by the river. Later that night, Vinny had surprised her by having some of their family and friends waiting for them at Cleo's to celebrate their engagement.

Since the engagement, the couple has moved in together, have furthered their relationships with their families, traveled to Mexico and the Dominican Republic, adopted a dog, created new friendships, and are now looking forward to the big day.
