Jackson and Sammie met on a dating website in May of 2020. While Jackson would have you believe that Sammie was the one who made the first move, this particular website made it a requirement for her to send the first message. After a couple of weeks of messages and Snapchatting, Jackson and Sammie went on their first date and quickly became inseparable.

Over the last year, Sammie and Jackson have experienced more challenges than many couples have faced in their marriages. They have survived the deployment of a sibling, the finalized adoption of another, a cancer diagnosis and treatment, plans that seemed to be in place, uprooted and changed, buying and selling a home, and so much more. And not to forget, all of this was done during a PANDEMIC.

They are simply excited to share their love for each other with their family and friends as well as celebrate the beginning of a new, happier chapter in their lives.
