While we love your kids we are inviting only our immediate family's kids and those involved in the ceremony.

We are asking everyone to dress Semi-Formal

Both! We are able to accommodate all weather at this venue, but since it is Fall prepare yourself for cooler weather. Bringing a jacket and umbrella are not a bad idea.

There is a large parking lot at the venue - if you plan on drinking and taking the shuttle back to the hotel we just ask that you park towards the back of the venue and have vehicles removed by noon the next day.

There will be a shuttle that can accomodate 10 people at a time and will make 3 trips to and from the venue and hotel. You will sign up for the shuttles when you check into your hotel room.

We will have 2 shuttles leaving the hotel before the ceremony at 2:45pm and 3:25pm. Another shuttle will leave for the reception at 4:30pm. Shuttles will be leaving the reception to go back to the hotel at 9:20pm, 10:00pm and 10:40pm.
