Is the wedding cruise and Texas reception at different times?

Yes! Due to limited capacity, we are having an intimate wedding with family and close friends on the ship. We will be having a separate reception in Texas apart from the wedding ceremony and on board reception. This will take place on Saturday May 18th.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Although we love your little ones, please note our wedding events will be an adult-only affair due to limited capacity.

Do I have to cruise to attend the wedding?

No, you can definitely attend the wedding without cruising. After the ceremony and reception on board, non-sailing guests will get off the ship. We have a rough itinerary to explain the timeline on the wedding tab.

What is the wedding day itinerary?

This information can be found on the cruise wedding tab of the website.

Do I really need to be there by 9:45AM?

Yes! We will ALL arrive at the same time so we can board as a group for security reasons. With that being said, Luke and I do not want to see each other before I walk down the aisle so we will need y'all's help to block and make this happen.

We can’t wait to tie the knot in front of some of our favorite people! We would love everyone to be truly present with us during our nuptials with an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that phones and cameras remain out of sight until the ceremony conclusion!

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Please wear beach formal attire. For our summer wedding, our ceremony will be held indoors. We suggest that men wear a lightweight suit in any color and women wear a cocktail dress, a nice pantsuit, or maxi dress. Ties are not required. When picking clothes, please think Caribbean summer, blues and pastels to mimic the surroundings.

What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?

The easiest way to get to Port Canaveral from orlando is by shuttle bus or Uber. We will be providing transportation from the host hotel to the ship. The shuttle will be leaving from Hilton Cocoa Beach Ocean Front Resort at 9:15AM. Please be ready to leave and in the lobby by 9:00AM. We are required to go through security as a group. If you would prefer to drive yourself to port we recommend reserving parking in advance or ubering. Please be at security no later than 9:45AM. After the cruise returns to port on Monday, the easiest way to get back to Orlando to fly home will be to use a ride share app.

Is there parking available at the cruise port?

Yes there is. However, they are undergoing renovations and have not shared the details yet. Information on this will be shared at a later date on this website when it is available.

What do I need to bring to board the ship?

When you go through security and board the ship you will need whatever you want for the day. This includes the wedding, reception and what you want to enjoy the cruise before receiving your luggage. Each guest will need their own email and government issued photo ID to board the ship. Non-sailing guests will receive a boarding pass the morning of the wedding via email.

What do I do with my luggage?

Luggage will be checked in with the cruise staff and brought to your room that evening.

Do you need to know if I am cruising?

Are you registered anywhere?

We are thrilled that you are coming to celebrate with us—that's the best gift of all! But, if you feel like you would like to help us spruce up our place, we've registered through our wedding website and Amazon. This information can be found on the registry tab.

Do I need to plan for a formal dinner on the cruise?

Yes! Cruises typically have a formal dinner the second night of the cruise! It is so fun to dress up and enjoy a great meal. We have selected the 8PM dining time and will request all of our tables be near each other. Please share your room number after you book so we can include your table in this.
