Due to limited numbers, we hope you understand that children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made out to "The {Your Last Name} Family" if your children have been invited or "Mr. & Mrs." if only you and your significant other have been invited.

Yes, a hotel room block has been arranged at the reception venue. Please see Travel tab for more information. Please book by May 21st, 2025 to receive discounted room rate.

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat. We are so excited to see all our guests dressed up and feeling their best!

Please try to arrive 15-30 minutes early to make sure you have time to park and find your seat as the ceremony will start promptly at 2:30 pm. Please do not arrive earlier than 2:00 pm as we will not have access to the venue until then.

There will 25 reserved parking spaces on the left hand side of South Bellfield Avenue-a one way street between Forbes Avenue and Fifth Avenue. Please do not access until 2 pm as prior wedding has these spaces until then. There will be Pittsburgh police officers there to supervise. Additional underground paid parking is available below Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hall at 4141 Fifth Avenue and there is metered parking along Bellefield Avenue and other streets around the University of Pittsburgh. There are two handicap acessible parking spaces adjacent to the Chapel on South Bellefield Avenue.

There is an outside paid parking lot adjacent to the hotel as well as an electric car charging center. The lot has hourly rates or $34 per 24 hours. Overnight guests of the hotel can receive in/out privileges at the front desk for no additional fee. There is alternative garage parking across from the Sheraton for the same rates. However, these do not have in/out privileges.

No. We are having an unplugged ceremony. We would love for our guests to be fully present with us as we say, "I Do". We have hired professionals to capture this special moment for us, so please allow them space to do their best work. After the ceremony feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.

Feel free to head to the reception venue and hang out in the hotel lobby. Station Square also has lots you can explore right around the hotel. See the Things to Do Tab for more ideas. This will be a great opportunity to rest, change your shoes into something comfy for dancing, and spend time with others!
