It's hard to say exactly. The Seidels and the Beckwiths already vaguely knew each other for a little while. Rebecca technically met Samuel at a youth group when she was around 13 or 14. It was at that time that when she was asked directly about him, she responded with "ew! NO!"

Samuel and Rebecca began officially dating the day Rebecca turned 17, which was December 3rd, 2022.

On January 4th, 2024, Samuel proposed to Rebecca at a beautiful place called Bok Tower Gardens! And, of course, she said YES!

Rebecca will be 18 and Samuel will be 19!

One of the first times Rebecca and Samuel actually remembered noticing each other, was when they went to a bowling alley with their bible study group on June 30, 2021. Of course, Rebecca had past her "ew, no!" stage for Samuel at that point. Well, Samuel had gotten Rebecca's number at some point because he wanted to ask her a question about the new Loki series coming out. And the rest is history! They both realized that they really liked talking to each other. And they talked and more until Samuel told Rebecca that he liked her in January of 2022, and she told him the same! They grew closer and closer through the year 2022, until on December 3rd, Rebecca's 17th birthday, Samuel asked Rebecca to be his girlfriend!
