RSVPs are due on October 20, 2024. To RSVP, simply click 'RSVP' on the top of header or tab of our wedding website. Enter the name as it appears on your invite and provide your meal selection. If you can’t make it, we understand. While we will miss you, we know you’ll be celebrating with us in spirit.

Once you arrive at Embassy suite building take the elevator the the 25th floor which is where the hotel lobby is. Embassy staff will gladly to assist you for direction.

There are two options for parking. The Embassy Suties offers valet parking is offered at the hotel at a rate of $42 per day. Self-public parking is available at for $5 per day at the Pittsburgh Parking Authority parking garage on Oliver Avenue (directly beside The Embassy Suites hotel).

We kindly request that you join us in celebrating in style by dressing in semi-formal attire. No jeans please. Gentleman, please wear suits and ties, and Ladies, we would love to see in elegant or business causal dresses.

The ceremony starts at 3:30pm so we recommend you arrive between 2:30-3pm to make sure everyone is seated in time and we can begin on schedule.

During the Cocktail hour, We'll be serving a delightful assortment of passed hors d'oeures. For dinner, each guest will enjoy a fresh cream of potatoes with truffles soup, followed by an entree plate featuring the dishes we have personally selected.

No, you don't need to worry about the making dietary restrictions yourself. Simply let us know about any dietary restriction in your RSVP, and our caterer will ensure all your needs are met.
