The day we met! Mutual friends introduced us at a birthday party in Burnaby, BC.

Only a week after meeting, Sam leaves Sarah for his first deployment. Will they ever meet again??

They did meet again! When Sam came back from Latvia, they linked up for some hikes (often with Chris third wheeling). Our adventures together started early and aggressive! This is the view from Mt Bishop, just North of Vancouver. 45km and probably 4000m of elevation gain later, we saw the most beautiful sunset!

After only a month of seeing each other, Sarah got Covid! Not wanting to be separated, we ended up quarantining together for nearly a month at the Albert Street house!

Sam convinces Sarah to move to Gagetown, NB, for three months... That's when we knew she must have really loved him!
