Q + A

What is the dress code?

We want our guests to feel dressed up, while still being comfortable and true to themselves. For the ladies, we suggest tea-length, midi, or long dresses that feel appropriate for a celebration. Dressy jumpsuits or chic sets are also great options. For the gentlemen, a suit or dress pants with a button-down shirt and jacket is perfect. Ties or bow ties are encouraged, but not required. We kindly ask that guests avoid jeans, sneakers, flip flops, and hats. We want our guests to look and feel their best and come ready to celebrate! And, as a friendly reminder, please reserve the color white for the bride!

Can I bring a plus-one?

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family! Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation. If a plus-one is included, you’ll see their name on your invite. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to see you there!

Are children invited to the wedding?

If your children are invited, you’ll see their names listed when you RSVP and your invitation will be addressed to The [Last Name] Family. Otherwise, your invitation will be addressed to the attending adults only (e.g., Mr. and Mrs. [Last Name]).

What time does the ceremony start?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, so we kindly ask that guests arrive between 3:30 and 3:45 PM to be seated on time. If you arrive after the ceremony has started, you may be asked to wait at a distance from the ceremony site to avoid disrupting the event.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be held outdoors, so feel free to enjoy the fresh air as we say our vows. Afterward, we’ll move indoors for a delicious dinner and an evening of dancing to celebrate!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony itself. We've hired professionals to capture the day, and we want to ensure they can do so without distractions. Don’t worry—you’ll be able to enjoy and share the memories later, as we’ll be sure to share the beautiful photos with everyone once they’re ready. Feel free to snap pictures and take videos during the reception!

Will dinner be served at the reception?

Yes! We’ll be serving a variety of delicious buffet-style dinner options, so you can choose what you love and enjoy a little bit of everything.

Will there be alcohol served at the wedding?

We’ll be serving a selection of wine, beer, and a few signature spirits for our guests to enjoy—no need to bring your wallet! We’ve made sure there’s something for everyone to sip and celebrate with during the cocktail hour and reception. Please note that the venue does not allow shots to be served, so we ask that guests please respect this policy. We kindly ask that you do not bring your own alcohol to the venue, as it’s not permitted by our location’s policy.
