A room block has been reserved at The Graduate Hotel. Please visit the travel tab to access the room block link to book your reservation. There are 30 rooms reserved and will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. Additional rooms may be added if needed. Surrounding hotels in the city of Providence will be close enough to either walk (although may be chilly in January) or available for a short Uber ride away.

If you plan on staying at the hotel, there is a parking garage located adjacent called the Biltmore Garage (51 Washington St, Providence). The parking garage is not owned/operated by the hotel and there is a parking fee of $35/night per car and payments may be made at the front desk prior to leaving. Hourly rates are available on a first come, first serve basis. Additional parking garages in the area include: Amica Mutual Pavilion & RICC North Parking Garage (adjacent to RI Convention Center, 5min walk to venue) Union Station Plaza Parking Garage at 5 Memorial Blvd, Providence, RI (3 min walk to venue). 165 Washington St, Providence, RI (5 min walk to venue) **THERE IS NO VALET. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY TO PARK AND ARRIVE TO VENUE FOR A PROMPT CEREMONY START TIME AT 5:00 PM (doors open at 4:30 PM)**

Doors to the ceremony open at 4:30 PM. If you are a hotel guest, check-in is at 4:00 P.M. The ceremony is taking place on the ballroom located on the second floor and will only be minutes from guests staying in the tower. It is recommended to arrive 15 minutes prior to the ceremony at 4:45 P.M. For those of you who are commuting, ensure ample time to safely park the vehicle and travel to the venue. A recommended arrival time of 4:45 P.M. for traveling guests as well. The ceremony has a prompt start time of 5:00 P.M.

The ceremony is located at the Capital Ballroom on the second floor.

Cocktail hour will be hosted on the second floor lobby balcony adjacent to the Capital Ballroom.

The reception will be taking place in the Capital Ballroom.

11:00 P.M. There will be no after party events.
