Stung by a bee... well, a virtual one! Four years ago, Alexa and I swiped right on each other on Bumble. Dating during the pandemic wasn’t exactly in our plans, but it only strengthened our bond.

Who would have thought that our annual October trips would lead us to the perfect mountain on October 16, 2024, where we’ll finally say "I do"?

Due to the devastation caused by Hurricane Helene, the beautiful town of Asheville, NC, where we had planned to elope, was severely impacted. It was difficult to accept that our special day might not go as planned. However, like many challenges we've faced together, Alexa and I found a way to move forward. With some last-minute adjustments, we decided to pivot and relocated our elopement to Boulder, CO.

While we’ve chosen to elope privately, we hope you’ll still be part of our journey as we step into the next chapter of our lives.
