It was August 2020, post-pandemic (ish). Kevin & Sandy met for a drink at Morgan's Pier after chatting it up on Hinge. Kevin had been swiping right for over a year (give him a break, the world shut down), Sandy only a few months.

Kevin was immediately smitten by Sandy's shining personality, lighthearted humor, and caring nature. Sandy spent her nights dreaming over Kevin's dashing good looks, cool demeanor, and impeccable grammar.

Things were progressing nicely and the vibe levels were over 9,000. Kevin had his mind made up and would declare his commitment to "get serious", knowing he couldn't let this one get away without a fight. Sandy was still fresh to the open market - everything was exciting and new and she just wanted to make sure she got the full tasting menu before committing to the main course.

Fast forward a few months... Kevin got her to break. She was all his and she was happy to share in all of her life's greatest joys (most importantly, her then 12 year-old son Jacob).

For the next year and a half, Kevin would navigate the transitional waters of a recent 20's-something bachelor to having the responsibility of a lifetime. [To even his own surprise] he embraced and found comfort in this two for one deal.

One plus two would equal three and the rest is history.
