Two strangers met in a very unfortunate place at a very unfortunate time. They both did everything they could to scare the other away but it was no use. Fast forward a few weeks. Nick and Tanna decided to take a trip to Hotsprings, Arkansas. There they did all kinds of things. Digging for diamonds, minigolf, drinking milkshakes, but Tanna's favorite is the moment they fell in love. They were walking around in Garvan Gardens and Nick took a picture of Tanna touching a small waterfall. As she walked back to him, her feet started to slip. He reached out and grabbed her hand to steady her, and as she looked up she saw all the love in the world in his eyes. Later that night as they drove around town singing to the radio her suspicion was confirmed. Yes, she had fallen in love. It was like something out of a fairy tale. And even to this day when she hears those songs they sang, her heart skips a beat.

On October 23 of 2022, Nick came home from work with Tanna's favorite flowers....sunflowers! That night was date night and Nick had carefully planned every detail. He quickly got ready as she finished her make up and they were off. First they went to a little pumpkin patch outside of a church. They walked around and he took her to an area that was secluded from everyone. As Tanna looked at the pumpkins she grew nervous of the time and noticed he had slowed his usually brisk walk. Tanna quickly picked a pumpkin, named it Jerry for its size, and announced that she was ready. Nick paid for the pumpkin and they headed out to get one of her favorite foods sushi. As they chatted, Tanna noticed Nick was acting strange. His walk was still slow, he picked on her a little more than usual, and he didn't give her a limit on how many sushi rolls she could order. She stuck to her usual limit of 3 however not wanting to be selfish. Nick told her he wanted to go to the park for their evening walk, but Tanna wanted to go to the boardwalk. A small debate occurred and after dinner they left for the boardwalk. They walked about halfway down the walk and turned around and came back. The whole way they goofed and laughed and he twirled her around some. As they headed home they laughed and cut up and Tanna tried not to pee on herself. When they made it home, Tanna jumped out of the car and ran up the stairs dying to get to the restroom. "Wait come see!"
"I really gotta pee Nick what is it"
"I wanna show you something cool"
"I swear to God if you smashed my pumpkin"
As Tanna came around the car and saw him on one knee she gasped and became very upset with herself
"OH my God! Here of all places!?"
"Well it would have been at the pumpkin patch..."
Nick began to get up and hug her
"Then I thought the park but we went to the boardwalk instead"
"Why didn't you do it there?"
"I forgot it in the car"
Nick started to go inside, and Tanna stopped him.
"You forgot to do the things..."
Laughing Nick pulled the ring out of the box and slid it on her hand.
