Once on the hotel site, guests will need to first enter the correct dates of the block/their stay at the top (8/17-8/18), they will then need to go to the "special rates" section on the reservations page. After entering the previously mentioned group rate code in the "group code" section, MAW, & closing the box, they will then click the check rooms & rates tab to show all rooms available in the room block.

Guests can also reserve rooms from the room block by calling the hotel directly at 814.807.1446 & giving them the dates and either of our last names to find the block.

Guests will have until July 20th, 2024 to make their reservations. After the 20th, the block will close and release any rooms not yet reserved, making the discounted rate no longer available.

There will be shuttle service to and from the venue and hotel. First shuttle will leave the hotel at 2:15 p.m.
