Do NOT use GPS! Take a right of of Pleasant Valley Road on to Deane Road (if coming from the south). Then just go to the VERY end until you can't go any further! There's plenty of parking, but please note that it's a Class IV dirt road. Our cars have never had a problem, but take it easy. We are at the literal last house at the foot of Mount Mansfield. Bring them! We will have movies and games. Our kids will leave around 10 with their grandparents, and the tunes will turn up around then!

In addition to having a pool, fire pits, and a barn, the site also has a huge rambling house. Though most of the rooms will be claimed, we are sure we will find a spot for you somewhere. BUT, if you know you will need to crash, either bring a sleeping bag or tent and try to give us a heads up.

Be comfortable and have fun! Probably summer dresses for women and shirts with maybe ties for guys. Feel free to bring a change of clothes for later in the evening when things get fun. Things can get chilly in VT when the sun sets so bring a sweater or sweatshirt for later in the evening.

Not really! You may occasionally have a blip of service but it's not reliable. If you REALLY need access, there is wifi, but we are hoping our guests can enjoy being unplugged with us for the weekend!
