There will be a special Uber code available for the weekend covering a 5 mile radius around the Providence Aethenaeum. If guests carpool and share rides, the credit should cover the costs of safely traveling to and from the venue. The code will be shared privately the weekend of!
In preparation, we recommend downloading the Uber app beforehand.
Graduate Providence
We have 20 rooms blocked at a discounted rate.
There are 12x Deluxe King rooms for $269/night and 7x 2 King Junior Suites for $289/night (taxes & fees not included).
Overnight parking is $33/night for all hotel guests.
The cut-off date for reservations is August 24, 2024.
The Graduate Hotel is located 0.4 miles (12 minute walk) away from the venue.
Providence Marriott Downtown
We have a start of 10 rooms blocked for the Marriott. If all 10 are filled, they will extend our rooms.
Starting rate is $199/night (taxes and fees not included).
It is located 0.8 miles (21 minute walk) from our venue.

There are numerous Airbnbs and B&Bs located in and around Providence.
Christopher Dodge House
We do not have rooms blocked, but this is an excellent and cozy Bed and Breakfast accommodation with complimentary breakfast.
The starting rate is $247/night, $494 if you stay from 9/13 to 9/15 (taxes & fees not included).
It is located 1 mile (25 min walk) from our venue.

Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport (PVD)
There is an airport in Rhode Island that is only a 15 minute drive from our venue & downtown Providence. It is a very easy (and small) airport to navigate!
