Q + A

If you have any questions at all please call or text either of us!

What will the weekend look like for guests?

Guests are able to check in on Saturday between 11am and 4pm. Once checked in you can relax , enjoy land activities, and get ready for our ceremony. At 4:15pm, everyone will meet at the boat house for the ceremony. Once the ceremony is over, cocktail hour will begin a short distance from the boathouse, this will last about one hour. The reception is from 5 to 10pm. Dinner will be served family style with many options. After the reception, we will finish the evening with a bonfire on the beach with everyone 10-12am. We will have some late-night snacks and drinks to celebrate!

What will Sunday morning look like?

On Sunday, breakfast will be served between 8-10am and will be included in your room cost. Guest will be required to check out by noon.

Can I bring alcohol?

We will have an open bar for cocktail hour and our reception. You may bring drinks to enjoy in your room, but there is strict policy that you are not allowed to walk around the venue with alcohol that is not provided by Jimbo's.

Here is a list of things you might want to bring with you to make your day/weekend more enjoyable:

-Folding Chairs (there are beds in the cabins, but no chairs). -Umbrella and/or Raingear (hopefully you won't need it, but better safe than sorry!) -Blanket or warm fleece/sweatshirt for the campfire (it's the Adirondacks and can definitely get chilly) -Cooler  -  Jimbo's is a camp and not a traditional hotel so it does not have many of the amenities one might be accustomed to, such as ice machines.  There is a Stewart's right off of exit 25.

Bathroom's

Bring anything and everything that you may want/ need for showering and getting ready. Since Jimbo's is a camp and not a traditional hotel, they do not have shampoos/ towels/ and many of the things that may be in a traditional hotel (Please bring a hair dryer if you need one)
