Logan & Sara are high school sweethearts. Their story really kicked off with going for a "Warroad whip" after a school dance the beginning of Junior year. Logan finally made it official by asking Sara to be his girlfriend on November 30, 2014. Fun fact: they were both #10 in HS hockey.

They went on to share many milestones after high school together including finishing hockey careers, 21st birthdays, and college graduations. They conquered the dreaded long-distance relationship thing while Logan went to UND in Grand Forks and Sara went to Concordia College in Moorhead. Logan became a pilot while Sara became a Registered Dietitian. They moved out to Roanoke, VA together in 2022 for ~7 months (random, we know!) before landing back in their hometown of Warroad, MN in June of 2023.

Logan popped the question after 8.5 years of dating on June 4, 2023! It happened at Sara's parents house after a Sunday evening of appetizers and cocktails on the deck, catching up and spending some much-missed family time. Props to Logan, Carrie, Dale, Brad, AND Brenda for keeping it a secret! The evening commenced with a champagne toast and Sara & Logan heading back to their new apartment to sip on a celebratory beverage on their balcony and call the rest of their family and friends.

We are now living our best lives in our hometown, working on advancing our professions and planning our special day. Oh, and we added a special little golden girl, Tito, to our family in July of 2023. Yes, she was part of our engagement pictures as shown above:) She definitely is a challenge and keeps us busy but we could not love her more! We are so excited to be The Wallace's - coming August 10, 2024!
