The block is available from Thursday, April 16th to Sunday, April 19th. You can book for additional days before or after the room block; however, the added days will not have the group rate. If you prefer to call to make your reservation, refer to the block code "91Q" and call (855) 605-0313. The link will default to Friday-Sunday (April 17th-19th), but if you would like to add Thursday the 16th, you can edit your stay and change the dates. Make sure to click Update before proceeding. If you see that our room block is full while making your reservation or if you have any other questions, please reach out to us! Book by March 19th to ensure the discounted room block rate. For those traveling to San Jose, we recommend using <a href="https://www.google.com/travel/flights" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Google Flights</a>: https://www.google.com/travel/flights This allows you to see all flights from various airlines, as well as to track any price changes. You can opt in for updates on price changes using your Google email. Note: Flights from the East Coast do not fly nonstop to San Jose airport. You will have to arrange connecting flights in order to do so.For planning ahead, if you fly into San Francisco, it will be about a 45-minute drive to the hotel; and if you arrive at San Jose, it will be about 10-15 minutes to the hotel.
