Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to allow enough time for you to park and walk down to the ceremony site!

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day in semi-formal attire! For this, we recommend jackets for men and midi to full-length dresses for women. We also kindly ask that you avoid dressing in white tones and/or bright colors.

Yes - Cocktail Hour is outside, unless there is rain.

We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking any photos during the ceremony, we’d like that time to be unplugged & will post photos of the ceremony taken by our amazing photographers. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to post pictures using our wedding hashtag #FinallytheFilips so we can see them, too!

Yes! We currently are working to have some rooms blocked out for the weekend at the hotels found in the ‘Travel’ tab. There are also plenty of AirBnBs, VRBOs and other properties to stay at from New Braunfels to Canyon Lake.

Both are great options! New Braunfels has lots to explore in downtown Gruene, including historic Gruene Hall. Canyon Lake area is great for its outdoor activities.

The venue is fairly in the middle of the San Antonio and Austin airports, so both are great options. We recommend choosing based of your preferred airline, or wherever you may want to consider spending an extra day or so on your holiday weekend!
