1. Smoking is allowed outside only. There are two designated smoking areas one in the front and one in the back that are far enough away from the house to not reach inside. If there is any evidence of indoor smoking, then a $5,000 fee will incur. 2. Glassware in and around the pool and jacuzzi is not allowed. 3. Parking: NO STREET PARKING. 10 parking spots are available on the estate. Otherwise shuttle service is available from the Courtyard Oahu Marriott lot. 4. Excessive noise must cease by 10 p.m. on weekends (Friday and Saturday night) and 9 p.m. on weekdays (Sunday - Thursday night).
