It all started when we swiped right! Yes, that's right, we are an online dating couple! We met on Hinge and had our first date at The Bar West Plaza.

As fate would have it, Brett dislocated his shoulder the following day, which gave him the perfect excuse to text Sara, the physical therapist, again.

The next few weeks involved the NFL playoffs leading to a Chiefs Super Bowl win, a labral repair for Brett, and our first picture together at the Chiefs parade. Not too long after that, COVID hit. We spent lots of time hiking, hanging with the dog, Bartholomew, having virtual happy hours with friends, and hanging with family.

Those memories laid the foundation of countless more to follow and the rest has been history!
