Covid-19 Request

We kindly ask our guests to please understand that the pandemic is making this celebration slightly different than in the past. While we are fully ready to party with all of you in our outdoor setting, we do have some COVID-19 requests.

a. If you have any symptoms of the virus, (fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills, night sweats, sore throat, nausea, tiredness, muscle or body aches, headaches, confusion, or loss of sense of taste/smell), we ask that you stay home and not attend. While we will miss you dearly, we want to make sure every precaution is taken for the safety of our guests.

b. Though we are not anticipating this situation, if you do develop symptoms within 48 hours after the event, we kindly ask that you let Jeanine Corpuz know of potential exposure.

Q & A for Covid-19 for the Day of

Are masks required at the venue?

Yes. Masks are required in all common areas. This includes inside the clubhouse, restrooms, and dance floors. You will not be required to wear a mask while sitting at the table and during cocktail hour. Masks during the ceremony are not required, but recommended.

Will there be social distancing?

Please adhere to social distancing guidelines when possible. Dining tables will be limited to 6-8 people.

Will there be sanitizing stations?

We will provide mini hand sanitizers and there will be areas around where you can sanitize.

Service

All servers and bartenders will be screened prior to the event. They will be wearing masks and will sanitize. All flatware will be individually wrapped before the event for cleanliness. We are taking cleanliness seriously for our guests.
